What is the typical shipping time for Everfit equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For heavy gym equipment, freight shipping may take 7-10 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your fitness products?
Yes, all Everfit products come with a minimum 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Certain premium strength equipment carries an extended 5-year frame warranty.
What is your return policy for apparel and gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, water bottles and sweatbands cannot be returned once opened.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do you provide international shipping?
Currently, Everfit ships to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more countries soon.
